4. Content Guidelines

4.1 Images

When uploading images, you must:

• Own the rights to the image OR have explicit permission to use it
• Ensure images are appropriate and not offensive
• Not upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Submit high-quality images that align with our platform's calm, editorial aesthetic

4.2 Interpretations

When writing interpretations, you must:

• Write original content in your own words
• Meet the character requirement (400-750 characters)
• Write in English or Hindi only
• Maintain a thoughtful, calm, and editorial tone
• Not plagiarize or copy from other sources

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Spam, advertisements, or promotional material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Impersonates any person or entity

5. Content License and Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Q DEPART. However, by submitting content, you grant Q DEPART a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Display your content on the Platform
• Store and host your content on our servers
• Distribute your content to other users of the Platform
• Make your approved content publicly accessible

5.2 Attribution

Your name will be displayed publicly with your contributions as:

• "Photo by [Your Name]" for uploaded images
• "Interpretation by [Your Name]" for written interpretations

6. Content Approval and Moderation

Q DEPART reserves the right to:

• Review all submitted content before making it public
• Approve or reject any content at our sole discretion
• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines
• Modify or update content guidelines at any time

We are not obligated to provide reasons for content rejection or account suspension.

7. Resonates and Engagement

The "Resonate" feature allows users to express appreciation for interpretations. You agree that:

• Resonates are tracked by session and IP address
• You may only resonate once per interpretation
• Attempting to manipulate resonate counts is prohibited
• We may remove fraudulent resonates

8. Intellectual Property

The Q DEPART platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Q DEPART and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design
• Use our name, logo, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Q DEPART is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will be accurate or reliable
• Your content will be approved or remain published
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q DEPART shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunity
• Damages resulting from user content or third-party actions
• Unauthorized access to your account

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• We determine termination is necessary for legal or safety reasons

Upon termination, your public content may remain visible with attribution, or may be removed at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms
